    We’re so sorry to hear your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition! Please¬†email us¬†within 14 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.

    In your email, please include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the damage
    • Images of the damaged product and packaging

    If you believe your printed images look different than the images you uploaded to our site, please also include 2-3 original image files that you uploaded to our site as well as the images of your printed product, so we can see the difference.
